Mentoring Program

Private Sessions

Times have changed over the years. Today, many kids simply have few or no positive adults present in their lives to encourage them, inspire them, and help them make good and wise choices. Some families simply find it difficult due to a heavy work schedule, to keep up with the demands of their children's schedule. Many kids today find video games and television to be the answer to quenching their comfort and boredom!

Mission Statement

My Mission at "DBMM Entertainment," is to offer skill development in a variety of sport and non-sport activities, to raise self-esteem, self-confidence, and to promote self-respect, integrity, and positive peer relationships. The program will also show that participation in sports activity, also leads to positive and healthy self-esteem, which can also promote social and emotional growth. My mission is to motivate, empower, and encourage!!! We'll challenge the individual to be positive decision makers and ultimately help facilitate the process that'll help shape them into successful and responsible young adults!

Talent Development

private sessions

Many artists do not take the time to go the extra mile in development. Some prefer to rush in the studio or expect for the process of "making it in the business," to happen easily. This is not always the case. Many over look the process in which it takes to be a well groomed artist. The importance of a career plan and resources needed to help make their journey a more successful one. Record labels used to have Artist Development departments that helped the artist become better performers overall. Now, most labels have done away with these type of departments, and replaced them with "Product Development" departments. In other words, they expect you to be fully polished, and ready to hit the stage before they'll consider you at all. Labels do not typically invest in making stars anymore, unless you're already one after walking in their door. Their thinking is, why spend money on development when they can spend money on marketing the product and getting a quicker return on their money. The few that are fortunate to get a deal today, generally only have one chance to generate a hit song, or else they run the risk of being dropped from the label.
